Good evening guys. I made it through the second squall line of storms. It was heavy rain and high winds but no tornados with the second round of storms. Power was out for an hour. No damage at the house or my wife’s business. Kid's house is ok too.

The north end of the county got hit hard, homes and barns damaged, trees down. The main east/west state road up there was shut down most of the day so they could clear trees and restring power lines. One of the deputies who works up there had his truck flipped over when some trees and power lines came down. He’s ok, just needed some clean pants lol.

I’m feeling ok, thanks for asking. Palpitations are still there, they are intermittent and nowhere near as strong as Sunday. I’ve been eating a banana every morning trying to boost my potassium in case that’s what’s causing it. Going to call my doctor's office again Monday and see if they have any cancellations I can slide into before my scheduled appointment on the 21st

Jeez you guys can crank out a handful of pages. All I got is a blown out twanger on my pocket knife
    upload_2024-5-10_18-35-37.jpgupload_2024-5-10_18-35-53.jpg:mad:
And of course the torx bolt holding it on stripped cuz beer. Had that thing for 6 years and the pocket clip (twanger) ain’t holding. I work in commercial excavation and jump on and off the machines doing my job and half the laborers (well, most of it) so shit just gets hung up. Anything like hammer loops to stuff on my person is subject to damage or the odd hairlip. A flying 55 anyone?

I have carried that style of knife for years, I remove the twanger personally.

Put a good size punch or bolt up under where the twanger is attached then smack the clip close to the punch/bolt - should make your twanger tight again. ;)

Stopped by a yard sale this morning, $10 for a propane tank that feels close to being full and $5 for a bow that my son may never have an interest in. I’m trying though!

There are some over the counter supplements or natural remedies if you take any that can cause palpations.
you may want to look at liquid iv not as much salt as the lmnt

I actually went through the heart palpitation thing a while back. After a doctors visit (first real one in 16 years) I got put on blood pressure meds and energy drinks were banned from the house. Every once in a blue moon I'll get a little bit of it, but not near as intense. Used to be happening every night.
