2013 Tacoma. Install was a pain! No instructions. Transmission crossmember needed to be removed to remove the stock Y-pipe. Steering shaft needed to be separated to install the driver's side header. You need to be careful not to turn the steering wheel when the steering shaft is disconnected or you will damage the spiral cable. Air injection studs needed to be removed to remove stock exhaust manifold. You also need to remove the stock upper studs in the head and install shorter ones provided. Special external Torx sockets are needed. All the nuts for the headers were difficult to install because of the tangled tubes. Tightening them was even worse. Thorley long tubes are way easier to install. Don't want to install these ever again.

Looks good bud! For the record, You don't have to remove the Trans Crossmember to pull the Y pipe. Just have to fully disconnect the Y pipe, and remove the guard that is on the crossmember. Its 2 bolts IIRC, one on the frame and one on the crossmember. Trust me, I spent a good 20 minutes trying to get that damn Y pipe out before I realized that crappy piece of metal was blocking it :D

On this truck there was no way the Y-pipe would come out without removing the transmission crossmember. If there were instructions the job would have been less painful, haha.

About 7 hours by myself to do the headers and full Spec-U exhaust. The 2013 has the air injection too which is another nightmare. Way longer than I expected haha.

Noticeable increase throughout the range with no real loss in low end torque.

Have you yet gone over the hardware to make sure it is all still tight?

This truck is a DC/LB. An extra section of tubing is included to make up the added distance required.

I want that exhaust. An outside acceleration clip would be good too.

I just installed this exact same setup on my 2014 Tacoma. Well my mechanic did and it rattles like crazy!! We used brand new manifold gaskets instead of re-using the stock one. Also my mechanic checked 4 separate times for possible exhaust leaks in the system and found zero. It rattles or "zings" after you hit about 2000rpms and continues unitl almost 5000 rpms. Sounds like a shitty ricer now. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
