100% agreed. 15 hours sounds about right. I literally removed and replaced a perfectly good STARTER with a Brand new one… simply because I knew once theses ELH’s are in… I never ever want to try and get back in there (and I’m in the middle of a Restoration: my fenders are off, my front suspension is off and out of the way;; I can’t imagine trying to survive this with a DD over the weekend and be ready to roll on Monday, not a chance lol)

if they ever need to come out, I’ll be cherry picking the whole engine out first

    glad you survived

Dang, my truck is a '12 and the driver side took extra time and some bloody nucks but I had mine in in an afternoon. I wonder if the newer sets are bigger or something or if newer trucks are tighter in there? Still loving mine! They're in awesome shape for almost 10 years old

that is great to hear (the 10 years and loving them, that’s my hope too)

and I wouldn’t be surprised if they grew or morphed a bit. My drivers side kept getting hung-up with the Starter, the tranny Bell and the Shock Tower).. I even had my steering ram out at the time.

And yes, after jacking the Cab about 1/2 an inch up … there in

but I will throw out there for “FUTURE” BHP Taco hunters down the road that might be going down this Rabbit Hole…

days later after my Install, I finally got around to putting on my URD Y-Pipe (fit right up great thank you)…

    but … BUTTTT:: O2’sensor’s

I went to put in my O2 sensors in on them Long Tubes (yes, with URD extension cords) on slash AT the Collector’s (as recommended by “THEM” for the best O2 reads)…

    drivers side: no Issue

passenger side: different story boys… the plug Hole for my O2 Sensore lined up perfectly with my TRD Tow package Tranny Cooler Lines … I had to GENTLY bend them up, over and down so that the O2 can/could be Threaded in
    Between them

I’ve only got about 3/8’s of an Inch of Clearance on either side

my fingers crossed them solid “SOLIDS” engine/tranny mounts I just put in live up to there name… if my Headers start moving around… bye bye Tranny, bye bye getting home

I’m sure it all work out and be fine
((In theory,, everything should move around as ONE big single hunk of Fun)

but can anyone else with these URD E=Length Headers take a Quick Look at theirs and see if there’s are in a different place?
    Was it tight? Etc etc

pS TW- I’ll keep ya posted as-well

    much love and Aloha TW
