Does your existing stereo look like this? Then it will fit.
Beware that these are not as polished as regular stereos. I just had an update on my Dasaita unit that causes "google" to crash repeatedly. Sometimes caryplay wont sync, etc.

I can not with any certainly answer your question.

I do know that there are numerous posts in this thread from those who have installed Joying head units with the big displays. Maybe look back in this thread for those posts.

@JeffBoyardee included an purchase guide sheet for that radio with the different options, which depends on what your original radio looks like. Maybe direct your question to him.

Good luck, hope you find an answer to your question.

Going by that guide sheet and knowing what stock radio was in my truck, my option would be A.
Here is my original non JBL radio.

I have an issue I hope someone can point me in the right direction. I am installing a 9" with button on the left side in a 2007 with steering wheel controls on the left side of the wheel. The previous head unit required an SWC adapter that required splicing in a resistor and connection to the red wire below.
With the joying pin out manual in hand it indicates key 1 and key 2 (key pad study) hit the pink and brown cable which is split to two connectors. There is a third black wire in the bundle
    upload_2024-4-24_12-44-41.jpg
Since I have chopped the stock(20 pin connector) can someone tell me which wires to connect to which to regain control of steering wheel controls ?

My 11" Head unit arrives today. And I have a stupid question, that I, for some reason never thought about. If you don't use a Sim Card with a data plan, are you able to get signal to these head units? Is screen mirroring the only other option?

You can hotspot/tether your phone for the wifi connection.

Most carriers throttle tethering to your phone. I ended up getting a 2nd sim.

Mind if I ask which carrier, and how much?

I have T-Mobile and tethering is slower than the 4g connection my Atoto has with a sim. Never checked the actual speed but it was unusable.

Good to know. Screen mirroring is an option though, right?

For any of you that used the Joying rear camera, where did you mount it?

If China wants my Spotify history, or my pornhub password, I'm just fine with that, they can have it.

From reading this entire thread I gather that:

    1. If your rear camera screen is in your rear view mirror you will need to do this:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/oem-camera-connection-below-dash.30889/page-7

    2. If your rear camera screen is in your OEM headunit it'll plug in the Joying Unit.

I have the 11.6" Joying and I had to do #1 for the rear camera.

Mine is in my mirror, but I'm installing the Joying camera anyways. That tailgate handle camera was part of the towing package, and really intended for the hitch ball, I think.

Buy from Joying website if you're unsure on the seller on ebay/Amazon. They're Chinese so it'll come from China. Take your pick, 9", 10.1" or 11.6" Comes down to preference and how much you wanna spend.
