    Do it!
Just keep an eye on it. They will burn real quick. Do indirect heat to slowly melt the cheese, and if you want to get a little more 'toast' color on it, direct heat but turn it over quickly and keep an eye on it.

Did a pizza on the egg tonight. I think some of my air holes are plugged up cause it was tough getting it up to temp without a leaf blower. But I’m happy with the results!

Two is more than 1 for sure! The action photos will hopefully motivate some people to fire up the grills!

Next door neighbor is retired and loves to fish. Saw him in the yard, he asked if I needed any fish, then brought over 4 fillets, fresh and unfrozen. Today's lunch decision was easy.

Guy is in his mid 90's and still going strong.
He was tilling his garden this morning, then I caught up to him pulling dandelions.
He caught the fish yesterday. He hands them over the fence a few times every summer.

Great neighbor to have. Nothing like fresh fish, some of the best meals we used to have were after a long day out on the water or banks fishing, then we would either take it home and clean or have a great shore lunch.
