And these are the mid-cycle refreshes that get you to trade in. Same story, new gen.

Should be power seats but if it's a deal killer to some that you have to manually adjust a seat then it seems there's a need for a serious exercise regiment.

This is what I mentioned earlier. The street prices for the TRD Pro and Trailhunter will be just as high or higher than current prices for a Tundra TRD Pro. I understand people like the truck, but paying more for less truck is just not smart.

So it’s smarter to buy a truck you don’t want?

I prefer no power seats and a key ignition. My wife can have the fancy crap.

No, it’s smarter to wait until they at least sell them for msrp.

I am surrounded by huge trucks everywhere I go. Texans like their trucks. But I don’t need a full size. My Tacoma does what I need.

I’ll get a 4th gen when the time is right. I’m hoping they bring back Inferno. Supersonic Red is cool too.

New Taco turning radius ain't great either, actually equals the tundra of a few years back.

I think the real point is, you can get a $25k Kia with power seats.

$90k for a Tacoma? Outside of looking cool, and probably offering a fun driving experience the truck won't do anything a SR5 won't do. If I could easily afford a $100k midsize truck would I even want one?

I don't think I ever paid much attention to the GM trucks on the road, but the majority I recall seeing had beed extended cabs and regular cabs, when GM still sold the RC Colorado. Offering one bed and cab configuration limits the amount of people who would buy a midsize truck. Most of the previous gen ZR2s I see are extended cabs.

99% of Tacomas I see here are DC's, unless they're squashing bugs. The eye sees what it wants maybe?

When I bought my DC, it had incentives. I could not find a new AC with cash back at that time.

I probably see more DC Tacomas than any other Tacomas, but Toyota kept Xtra Cab in the line up. GM and Ford aren't Toyota, and I can't see GM selling a ton of 4dr trucks.
