Army Green thread: let’s keep it green!

Met a friend today.

 

Fellow AG checking in. I've kept it mostly stock for the last 2 years but planning on getting a full suspension and tires/wheels setup. I'm so torn between black or bronze wheels. Gonna browse through here and see if I can finally make up my mind lol

Well, After posting pics of my new wheels and tires a couple weeks ago... I totalled the truck. was joking around w gf and missed a turn, went off road hit a deep ditch and driveway culvert going about 50mph. neither of us was wearing a seatbelt and we launched up in the air a rolled one time. We came out with no major injuries. Toyota really built us a safe truck for real. amazing to walk away from, it thankful for the side curtain airbags... I felt myself hitting up against it several times.

 

Damn! Glad you and your girlfriend are ok.

 

Thank goodness you both are ok. Good to know the safety features matter when they count. Sorry to see an AG Taco in such condition.

 

Ouch! That really sucks, but that could have been much worse, glad you are both o.k.

 

Good to hear y'all are okay. Hope you get things worked out and back to normal quickly and easily. It's certainly a frustrating experience.

I have to say I'm impressed the bed cap stayed on and held together so well. When my old Taco got upended, the Ranch cap on it pretty much blew apart and flew off the truck.

 

Got some new shoes!! Did a few other things too, but the new boots really brought it together!
