Started off looking for the best skid plate for Tacomas and stumbled across the Talons Garage website.... That's some nice craftsmanship! I got the skid plate and the cat shield in the cart but now I see the full skid package. Dang it, I'll never be wealthy so long as I hang around these forums

Looks like a great product and I'll put this high of possible skid plates.

Little load testing in our prototype bed rack today!

Got a total of 1260 pounds on it with the wife and I.

 

Installed the full skid plate package today and it is compatible.

we do have a steel front skid now.

 

Is the engine and transmission skid plate compatible with 4x2 Tacoma?

 

We do have a 2wd transmission plate. I have not tried the engine skid on a 2wd truck.
