Downsouth came through in a pinch

    I just wanted to shout out Downsouth Motorsports for coming through for me in a pinch. I'm on a tight timeline and of course needed some parts on intergalactic backorder. After 3 attempts at other vendors to order online resulting in emails AFTER the purchase that they were out of stock, I called at least a dozen vendors trying to find someone who might have some on the shelf.

    A lot of places don't even list a phone number anymore or don't answer - Downsouth got back to me within 15 minutes of my call, sent someone to find the parts on the shelf, and had it in the mail the same day.

    THANK YOU for real customer service.
