    Hey guys I have a spare set of used retrofits up for sale. They include the following:

    - Toyota OEM Housings
    - Morimoto D2S projectors
    - Apollo 3.0 Shrouds
    - Morimoto 5500k bulbs
    - Matte black w/ mgm side marker

    This setup is slightly used. Lenses were just buffed and resealed. Looks great! This setup new costs $1200 plus shipping. Looking to get $950 plus shipping and I will include new hid kit with brand new ballasts, igniters, and harness. If you don’t want the hid kit I will do $800 plus shipping. Thank you!

    Dude retrofits are 1000% percent worth it. I'd also go HID anyway. The leds just dont perform as well as the HIDs do. Ya they are instant on, but even my mini h1s put out more like than a d2s with leds in it.

    If these had amber halos in them I’d grab em.

    I was thinking more along the lines of the BI-LED projectors that Morimoto offers as an upgrade option to the kit they sell for the Tacomas.

    How is the quality and longevity of the ballasts and components? That’s my biggest concern with these kits. I’ve had HID in the past and they were great when they worked.

    Lastly, are these high and low beam HID?

    The only issue I've ever had with my set up is when I got water in my motor control unit. I mounted it upside down so water could easily get into the plug. Other than that, sometimes one headlight wont come on (its happened to me twice in a year and a half) and all you have to do is turn your lights off and on again. Also yes, these are high and low beam .

    What Will said! The HID performance is great and the morimoto products are some of the better ones out there. These parts will come with a warranty if they go bad. And the projectors are high and low beam as well!
