LH mirror

I need to replace my LH mirror. Mine has BSM, heated, turn signal and puddle/courtesy lamp. Every one I see has a 10 pin adapter but mine has a 15 pin adapter. Does anyone know know where I can find it?

The puddle lamps, to me, are aftermarket.
Get the mirror with the 10 pin connector, then get parts to assemble a short harness to mate the 10 pin connector of the mirror to the 15 pin of the door.

 

These are OEM mirrors from when I ordered the truck. Still researching but thank you!

 

I'd like very much to see these "OEM" puddle lamps on the mirrors you have and the wiring at the door for them.

 

Puddle lights aren't OEM... The mirrors are. Toyota didn't add puddle lights to '21 models since I noticed under your username that you have '21 TRD Sport.

If you meant dealer added puddle lights for you, then we understand but I am sure you don't need anything else like what @caribe makaira said above. You have everything you need in the kit so you follow the instructions. There is a video on how to install on YouTube.
