Just called my local dealership (Racine, WI) with intention to schedule the frame service and person who answered the phone gave a different name. I'm still waiting on hold so figured I'd search the interwebs a bit. Lo and behold it appears they were bought out:

Anyone have experience with a Zeigler Auto Group run dealership as far as service goes? Looks like they are in Kalamzoo, MI and most of their dealerships have good reviews online. Just checking to see what the word is on the streets of TacomaWorld. Thanks!

I leased a Durango from their flagship Kalamazoo location about 8 years ago and had no complaints. Their reputation around here is not bad, although they did just lose a lawsuit from employees about overtime pay. That should not affect customer experience.

There local to me, they have a pretty good reputation. I have never dealt with them, as they don’t own the Toyota dealership. The general manager of a dealership is the one who sets the tone .

Thanks everyone for the info. Just finished inspection there today, looks like they retained previous employees. Process was very smooth.

Frame passed inspection (no surprise), and because it was previously a Texas truck I don’t even get the goopy treatment but I do get the extended coverage like everyone else. Going to continue Woolwax regiment and it should last forever.
