Offering KDMax tunes in Spokane and CDA area. Can go to Sandpoint or other areas close to Spokane. I am in Liberty Lake on the WA/ID border.

$300 for the KDMax 6.0 tune. If you need the latest TSB I can update that also for the same price.

Shoot me a PM to schedule. Takes about 10-20 minutes if you need both the TSB and the tune. Tune only is about 5-10 minutes.

    Benefits of KDMax 6.0
    • Smoother shifting and less gear hunting.
    • Increased torque and HP.
    • Throttle response and acceleration greatly improved
    • Better tune for towing - I tow a 5,100 lb TT and the difference is amazing.
Thanks to @PapaRee and @TWTaco for creating this amazing tune!

    Paul

Big thanks to @zahnebear, @Miscible , @TacomaBlu, @Thefear87, and David for joining the Inland NW KDMax Family! Great meeting you all and seeing all the different trucks and the mods you have done. It is amazing to see what everyone has done with the same box of Tacoma Legos! LOL. Got some more ideas for my truck now too. Please drive for a few weeks and let us know how its going. My personal experience with MPGs was a slight decline for the first few tanks because its so stinkin' fun to romp on the pedal now.

Of course we all owe a big THANKS to @PapaRee and @TWTaco for the countless hours and hundreds if not thousands of flashes to their trucks to develop this tune.

    Regards

    Paul

Had the KDMAX 6.0 tune and TSB done by Paul about a week ago. Best $300 I could spend towards my 2018 Sport’s performance. The throttle response is 3 fold better than stock. My truck shifts so smooth now that I barely notice it changing gears.

After the tune, I was commuting about 120 total miles each day for work and it was a game changer. Definitely, an increase in MPG. About 1-1.5 better fuel economy. Passing cars in the slow lane seemed effortless. If anything, I needed to make sure I wasn’t speeding because the truck ran so much cleaner. The truck drives how it should now.

My girlfriend even noticed the truck ran better and is less angry about me flooring it from time to time.

Big thanks to Paul!! Very friendly and intelligent gentleman that took the time to explain everything to me and another guy getting a tune done. He is a wealth of information and I definitely recommend him to everyone.

    Thank you Paul.

Paul performed the KDMAX tune on my 2021 off-road. It only took a few mintues. I spent more time picking his brain about other mods I may want to make in the future.
Just like he says at the top of the thread; it really increased my throttle response, acceleration, and shifting. I'm glad I didn't put this off.

    Look and see.....
I got this tune on my truck about a month ago, and I am really enjoying how much better it drives. Your not searching for the power, it's just there. Throttle response is super quick.
One thing I noticed that I wasn't expecting is the smart cruise control is more responsive. You catch up to someone on the highway and the truck slows down to pace them. Before the tune, I would change lanes and let the truck pass them, it would take forever for the truck to recognize it wasn't behind the vehicle. Now since the tune, the truck responds before completely leaving the lane. Thank you Paul. This is how the truck should behave from the factory.

Got the KDMax 6.0 tune from @TacoManOne earlier this week. Already completely impressed with the performance change.

Took me 1-2 days to get used to the throttle being a little touchier on the lower end but I think that had more to do with the snow/ice than anything. Driving down 90 I don't even hardly notice the gear changes anymore.

Paul is a super chill guy, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone in the Spokane area.

This was an awesome upgrade! It's a pretty significant difference from stock. I didn't really get bothered by the stock, and was curious what people were talking (complaining) about...but it's VERY different (better). Paul was great to work with!

    So I tuned a customer yesterday…

He has 15 years of tuning experience with Subis, Mitsubishi and Hondas. Some with 4 digit HP numbers. So you might say he knows his way around tuning. Also had software issues with VFTuner (sorted out) courtesy of Windows. He was totally understanding since he has encountered the same in his years of tuning. And a few bricks too.
He did his research on the various tunes and selected KDMax. Set him up with 10.0 medium throttle. Here is his response…
