A review on a product I had high hopes for.

I purchased these YOTA leds for over a 100$ and they burned out and had water damage. What you pay for I assume is the laser cut grill template pieces because the LED's they use are not durable. 1 of the leds burned out with moisture inside and another the lens came off being held on by some type of glue. They offered to replace the led but after you have to cut the original led and wiring and crimp on the replacement. Also at 10$ a led after your 6 month warranty ends that's a bit high on price being that Amazon sells the same LED 10 for 12$.....

I love to support mom & pop places like meso customs but I'm gonna have to say that I got taken by these guys. They weren't rude in anyway but when you read the fine print on these grill lights they state that if you go into an automatic carwash you void warranty lol...... These are supposedly water proof LEDS... The LEDS are bright and look awesome but the price I paid was really not what I expected out of a product like this.

Note: I live in L.A. and we barely see a drop of rain here.

Don't feel bad ... i was a sucker and spent $99 on the YotaLeds pro grille led lights .. the only good thing about them was how they fit into the grille. After a little over 5-months one led quit working and they sent me a replacement (6-month warranty) then about 3-months after that another quit working. Then i noticed 2 of the clear round lenses had fell out at some point ... pretty much a waste of money

Hmm. Found this after installing some Yota Raptor LED's on a '21 Pro tonight and was less than pleased with their cheap crap and poor service. Ironically, you can go to their website and see this product has zero reviews...but you can't do a review. When you try to follow their page on Facebook you get an error message. Sure seems to me like they are trying to hide any ability for people to share with others they are a garbage company. Ironically, I also received another set of Raptor LED's from Cali-Raised. Took me a while to install the Raptor lights them but I kind of compare both sets of lights before installing. Very similar overall. The Cali-Raised lights were noticeably heavier and felt a little bit higher quality. It was very similar overall. The main difference were the wiring fixtures used on each. I had white Yota's and amber Cali's - I wanted to install the white ones since my truck is super white. I experienced my first issue after doing a simple dry run to make sure stuff fit. It was obvious a bit of grinding would be needed to make the outer lights fit in the grill. This was widely posted on the net, a little irritating - it shouldn't hard to make 2/4 lights slightly different to fit without grinding but ok, on my table grinder took less than 1 minute each light. But, when I went and tried to plug the Yota LED add a fuse into the fuse box - it wouldn't fit into the fuse slot. It wouldn't fit into any fuse slot. Ok - I figured it was a mass manufactured Chinese POS so a defect was to be run in to now and then. I reached out to them via the email address provided. What a joke of a reply. This isn't rocket science. I told them I had a bad add a fuse, I told them the Cali-Raised version worked, theirs didn't please send me a replacement. No such luck, stupid suggestions abounded about what types of add a fuse they used, blah blah, check to see what type fuses my box used (um, it's a 2021 - you should know that if you are marketing it as 2021 compatible). I finally gave up on them. So that would have resulted in a 2 star rating at best if I could have rated them anywhere. Any company that wants to be a hassle over a simple 50 cent part can go flog themselves. I ended up spending about 9 bucks on Amazon for a set...which I only needed one and the others will sit forever (thanks Yota). On to the installation. Not too bad. But, when I went to plug the lights into the wiring kit - 2 of the clips that keep the fitting secured together snapped right off! The other two clicked into place just fine. Now, if this was a week or so ago when it was -10...I'd cut them some slack. But it was 50 degrees today when I installed them. 0 star product. I'd reach out to them again but frankly whatever mindless dribble their customer service girl would send back to me is not worth my time or getting me frustrated. Lesson learned I'll never buy anything else from them and go out of my way to tell everyone I know this is a crappy company - please go out of business.

I was going to donate my Cali-Raised lights but sounds like I better hang on to these if these Yota lights burn out in the next 4-5 months...hopefully some other folks read this before they venture into buying something from Yota.
