So my wife got me an RTIC cooler for our anniversary. (the yeti nock off brand). I have an undercover hard bed cover on my 2003 Tacoma and I now realize that the cooler wont fit in the bed of my truck to allow the cover to close completely. I was thinking about mounting it to the top of my tonneau cover and removing it when we get to our camping site. Has anyone had this problem and If you have, how do you securely transport it? Looking for a creative idea to safely transport it. Unfortunately I only need 1 more inch of clearance.

    Thanks

    You should sell that man!

A way to strap a cooler brown to a bracket that bolts in via the seats bolts is fantastic.

Gotta be sure it doesn't go anywhere when wheeling or heaven forbid a crash.
