This sealant well worth the $40 per bottle. Only need to apply it once a year and it beads water the entire time. Even with the NJ acid rain. Goes on and comes off easy. Hardens as a clear coating on the paint. The outcome is a glassy coating to protect your wonderful easily scratchable shit clear coat that tacomas come with.

Second year I have put it on (2 coats) and I still have 90% of the bottle left. Don't waste you're time waxing anymore. I am extremely pleased with this stuff.

You're referring to the Deep Gloss 3.0 right? I have some on the way. I use Menzerna and I've read that they make Wolfgang's stuff so that means it's legit.

I'm not sure how deep of a shine it will be on quicksand but I want to get it on the windshield since it's such a bug magnet.

It's going on my E30 for sure though.

Yes the deep gloss 3.0 is what I use. Black bottle. Putting it on the windows is the best thing you can do. I virtually rarely use my windshield wipers anymore. Side windows never get water spots.

    That e30 is mint btw

Do your wipers chatter with the WG applied to the windshield?

You might try Duragloss 111 + 601 on the quicksand. 111 is a very glossy sealant. 601 adds durability. You apply 111 on top of the 601 and remove both at the same time. I have a hunch it may be better than the WG on that color.

Another one to look at would be Finish Kare 1000p High Temp Paste Wax (yeah that's a mouthful). Great stuff on lighter colors, but it is a paste.

    Definitely WG on the BMW!

If I was still using a sealant, Wolfgang would be my top choice. Their Fuzion wax is amazing as well

Well I tried it on the taco and it's nice easy on and off. I had to do it in direct sun but it didn't give me problems. In person it's shiny and really slick in person. I put it on the wheels so I'm curious how long it'll last there.

I'll work on the e30 next week.

Looks a lot shinier. Really hard to get that out of a flat color. It believe it can get you through for about 10-12 months with no issue. I'm digging the wheels!

Why did you stop using sealant over wax? Just curious

I didn't. I quit using both and started using coatings.

Been using Optimum Gloss Coat. I am going to try cquartz on our Accord when I get time to correct the paint.

WGDGPS is legit! I've been using it for years. I apply it every other month. 2 1/2 years and 40,000 miles later, the truck looks better than new. In fact, I just applied it this morning.

FYI: The new McKee's 37 Hi Def Paint Sealant has some SiO2 in it. I just applied it today and it looks great. They recommend not washing it for a week until it's fully cured, although it can get wet after 6 hours.
