For the garage or for the truck? If for the truck, portable or permanently mounted?

For the truck, I have a MF-1050. It was decent but I modified it by replacing the electrical cord, added a psi sensor shut off and re drilled it to accept 1/4 npt chuck. If I was to do it all over again, I would probably have gone with arb. I'm happy with this one though. I've had it for 9 years.

I looked up the arb pricy. I wonder if a 110 combo compressor will be faster than a 12 volt. I'm not on to much of a budget . Time and quality is more important ?

I have an ARB mounted under the passenger seat. I would say: get a really good inverter, then you can just charge up the batteries for your cordless compressor, drill/driver, saw, weed whacker, whatever…. way more options. Heck, if you put a transfer switch on the panel, you can just plug the house into the truck when the power goes out.

I have an arb twin on a desert does it mount under the passenger seat. I use it sparingly to air up tires. The convenience is great though. :D
