The list doesn't get shorter, just more expensive.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
No crawl boxes or superchargers in my future! Pretty sure of that...

I saw this. You have to pre register. Only allowing one truck per site. $100.00 plus trail pass fee. Park won't open till 3pm on that Friday. No guarantee to which site you end up with.

I've been watching this. Looks fun but I won't be able to make it that weekend. I was thinking of possibly going to Tigerton earlier in May.

Hmmm. Could be fun but I'd prefer to pick my own site.

Oh wow, you are right I missed that earlier. Well in that case I'm out, crazy to charge that much. Wonder what all that extra money goes towards...prizes? staffing? in their pocket?

$100 plus the trail pass fee?
The only campers allowed are small teardrop or RTT.
I'll have to pass on that. I think we did just fine the way we did it last year.

I'm looking forward to the next TW Tigerton trip. I had seen that on FB but didn't look at the details. If we were allowed to pick our own sites and squeeze a few trucks on each site, it would be much more appealing.

That's what I've enjoyed about the outings, that everyone's right there - not all spread out. It works well with this group too.

So as we get closer to February 18th, has anyone made some determinations? Who is camping and where? I don't think this is a non camping distance for a day of play for my advanced age... Just asking, because... well, the wife is asking. I have been cleared but she is making plans if it isn't happening. Also, where are we going? Need a start stop point so I can figure out where to crash-Ha!- for the night. Thanks!

I was thinking about starting on the T.W.A.T in Sparta and heading north. We'd probably end up near Black River Falls.

OTOH, if people are wanting to camp in the Medford area, we could start around Black River Falls and head north.

    I'm happy either way.

Also, I was figuring we'd meet around 8-9am. Maybe even get breakfast.

Those who are planning on camping, what sounds good to you?

So, for me I am probably camping on Friday and Saturday because its 4 hours to Black River Falls from here and that makes for a very early departure. I don't know the area, so I vote for the most scenic!
