I do not take any responsibility if you fry your radio. The information here contained was tested on a IYING brand head unit. There are many similar models UIS7862 on the market(Teyes, Joying, etc) with different brands make your research beforehand. Thanks to @_gray_knight_ for his help.

This how the back of the radio looks:

The included wiring harness only includes one set of rca's for FL and FR. I have seen other similar ones with the 4 channels, but they are just splitters connected to the same 2 channels.

After reviewing the pin-out of the radio I found out that the rear channels pins were unpopulated on the C plug position 1,3 and 4. Here is the full pin-out for the benefit of the community.Pinout2.jpg

This is the wiring harness from plug A. I decided to reuse the rca inputs(no use for them in my case) for the RR and RL channels on plug C.

Carefully lift the plastic clips with something like a small flat screwdriver or clip.

Then locate the C plug the one connecting the canbus decoder in my case. Insert the pins into positions 2(GND), 3(RL) and 4(RR)

Now you should have 4 real rca's outputs on your android head unit. I hope this information help those with external amplifiers.

I have this situation almost exactly with one exception. My pin out diagram is identical except, that the C Plug states that the C3 and C4 are for IPOD_IN left and right.

I might try this out any way. Nothing to loose. I was just wondering if your diagram from the manufacturer listed those and IPOD_IN as well?

Just give it a try, I used a pair of headphones to test if there was signal on the pins. Nothing to risk.
