To clarify, you have 12V at the motor connector pins across all wires? So 12V for low 12V for high and 12V for return?

So thats the wiper return or 'park' pin, if you set the wipers to high do you get power on the pin above the one you tested? Its the top-left pin referencing your photo.

I might have that flipped, bottom right pin?
You want to try the wire connector side of the pin that plugs into #3 on the motor:

    Did not expect that..

So you have power to pins #3 and #2 when the wiper switch is on High, referencing the FSM numbering system from my post #12 on the 1st page of this thread. Those two pins should mean your wiper motor will operate on high, and will properly return to the 'park' position.

If you replaced the motor, and confirm the motor is functioning by applying power directly from the battery to the motor, then my understanding of the situation leaves two possibilities..

Either the connector is not making proper electrical contact to the pins on the motor, or the last thing we haven't checked is the ground wire.

I don't know exactly what the best way to test the ground would be, my first idea would be to splice into the ground wire of the wiring harness just before the motor connector and ground it in your engine bay and see if it makes everything work.

On LOW you should have power to the Blue/Black wire
On High it should have power on the Yellow/Blue wire

Yes, the relay is built into the wiper switch.

Yeah that would be a lot easier than what I said, just put the positive on the battery and the negative on the ground pin on the connector. If it reads 12-14 that should mean the ground is good.

I’m pretty stumped on where to go next if the grounds good

    White and black wires.
One is for the washer motor the other is for the wiper motor.
