Windshield washer pump working intermittently

Hello,
A bit of a puzzler for me: windshield washer spray works on and off… initially I thought that maybe lines were frozen, as usually it wood start working once car warmed up, recently it seems that there is no rule to that…
-fuse is ok
-working not dependant on neither air nor engine temperature
-while pulling the lever I can’t hear the pump working, windshields are working
-washing level to indicator not working
Tacoma 2020….
Any ideas kindly please?
Could it be some dirt in the line?
