    Hey guys
Just moved here from Iowa and I'm planning on doing window tint to the Tacoma. My question, how strict is law enforcement with its tint laws? I'd like to go down to 20% all the way around. Back in Iowa, troopers would chase you down in the interstate soley for tint and write a 90$ ticket to ya.

Does 20 percent tint allow 20 percent light or does it allow 80 percent light?

However one has to look at enforcement....Here in SC they don't mess with those with 20% tint, Don't know how one drives at night with 20% tint all around.

It allows 20% in. Let me clarify, no tint to the Windshield, doors and rear window

This sounds accurate. Some places will "tint-to-match" if you ask for that. Since OEM is below the 24% (20?), you'll have to pay cash so it's "under the table".

That's how mine got done, but I'm in Eastern WA.
