I have a 2007 TRD OR with factory fender flares.

    I just put on 35's on, 315/70r17 on Hutchison 17x8.5 4.5BS wheels.

I need to find a fender flare that is 1.5 to 2" wider than stock.

I looked at the bushwhackers but they are only 3/4" wider.

Need to find something that is about a 3" total flare.

77.5"-78.5" overall width at the top of the wheel when installed.

    Any suggestions?

The rears are my primary concern. They stick way out compared to the front.

I purchased part# APS-FF20BJC4SK from realtruck.com. They are on a 2007 Sport long bed. My fenders were already cut 3" so I cut 2.5" off these flares. BTW the tires are 285-75-17 and they measure a true 33". They work great. Here is the only pic I can find at the moment.TACO.jpg

    Have you looked at rokblokz?
    I like/liked mine.
Just removed the rear ones because I put on a new rear bumper.
Still have the front ones and will see if I can use the rear ones or not, just put on the bumper.

    Great looking truck.

I'm not sure that they will be big enough for mine though.

From the site, they are a 2" flare. If they just fit yours, my tires are still another inch wider.

Any chance that you could measure how wide they are?

I need to have the tread totally covered for my states inspection sticker.

They are 13" wide and 17/3/4" tall.
Do you still have the stock mounting holes or did you remove them?
They may be able to set you up with the right size.
If you have the stock mounting holes then you could use their mounting kit.
That's if you like them and all.
Sure kept snow and mud off my truck.

    @TacoEspecial

I think you're talking about the mud flaps as it looks like you have stock flares. Do they make fender flares too?

I did run across those and will probably get a pair if they'll just sell the rears.

But for now I need to find flares to get an inspection sticker.

Looks like we replied at the same time.

I take it that you are a big fan of them.

Have you been off-roading with them? Really squished them going over a log or drug them across rocks?

Everything is stock. I just got the tires on yesterday. I'll start cutting stuff and break out the sledge hammer today. I'll have to see what's left when they stop rubbing.
