Why does the spare wheel say temporary use only?

Hello....so if tacomas bring full size tire as spare. In fact it is the same as the original 4 truck tires from factory, just on aluminum wheels ....before i changed them.....why does the spare wheel say temporary use only??? Sticker... On steel wheel ???

 

I would guess they want you to repair your tire and get your spare back in place for the next emergency.
People who continue to ride on the spare no longer have the spare as an option. My best guess

Could also be the rims come with the sticker and are used for other models that do not have a full size spare.

Or liability.

Lack of TPMS & different Lug Nuts...

Different lug nuts? So my aluminum wheel lug nuts....wont fit the steel spare? Isnt that why the aluminum wheel lugs have a angle on the bottom to be able to be used on steel spare?

 

They will fit, but they are not designed for long term use there and will rattle.

 

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say because they don't want you to use it as a regular tire? (please note this is a sarcastic comment!)
