Recently I realized that white smoke is coming up from the what seems to be the exhaust manifold. (Pics below) There's a burning smell for sure, Im assuming it's oil because of all the caked up black resin on the engine but only on passenger side.

*Coolant level is right at the 'low' line, so need to fill but I didn't think this was the cause of smoke on a cold start.

Video of cold start: You can see smoke start to come up at 00:41 https://youtu.be/6l714rKnDpQ

Looks like your valve cover gasket is leaking, should be a relatively simple repair and gaskets are inexpensive so shouldn't be too hard to do if your mechanicaly inclined, if not have it replaced at a repair shop.

Yessir, that’s what it appears to be in my eye view. Change gaskets & clean up what oil you can. The smoke is it just burnin’ off.

Thanks for the input guys, Toyota Power!

I'll check into the 'How-To' of this and see if I have the time do to it myself. Feel like i'll likely just have my mechanic do it and hope it's no more than $100.

    Cheers
