I'm gonna go ahead and say 'eff Wet Okole. Plenty of people love them. Good for them. First, neoprene is an insulator. Second, it's really not all that abrasion resistant. Third, it's wet suit material. It excels at certain things, but I couldn't tell you what. My set wore through the top layer and into the foam in about 18 months. I went with Katzkins and love them, but I can't say I think they're right for what you're looking for...I just don't want to see anyone who's looking for a seatcover than can handle some duty purchase wet okole. The top layer on neoprene simply isn't very thick. Those things are best suited for Jeep Wranglers that are an "only on the weekend" kind of vehicle. Just my .02

Alright, following up on this thread. I got the precision fit carhartt from auto anything.

took almost two months to get them and nearly three hours to install and certainly were not cheap, but I really like them.

the material is tough as nails as you’d expect, the fit is super close to factory. No real additional heat retention. I had to remove both front seats to get the bottom cover on properly.

    here’s some pics:

I remember we bought ours from the same place, same time, even the same coupon code!

Mine came in today but truck has been at shop for a month so eagerly awaiting it's return. Have the seat covers to add, bought a WaterPort to try out (hitch mount) and a Scoche wireless charger to install.

Yours looks GREAT! Not stoked about the 3 hour install but it looks fantastic. You wash before install or no?

I just received and installed the Rough Country seat covers on my 2020 SR5 DCSB.

They fit great, the shipping was fast and they look great, to boot!

Installation was pretty easy, the driver seat being the biggest challenge, but overall they fit well, add a significant amount of padding, and give me piece of mind when muddy kids and the dog jump in the truck.

Chris at Rough Country was fantastic and took the time to answer all of my questions during the install. Can't recommend these guys enough...

Did not wash. Actually I had read about that but did not see that in the instructions that came with it. Frankly, if some color bleeds through I think it would be a) hard to tell and b) I don't plan to take these suckers off. Also, I'd be worried that the fit would not be as good if they went through the washing machine.

Best of luck with the install! Send some pics when you're done.

They look awesome. Congrats. Your kid's booster seat is in the same place as mine!

Yes, that is correct. It is a black neoprene with a gray RC logo.

The fit is great. Just use all the clips they send you or the bottom will move forward on you.

    back to bone stock.
i use WET-O. i cant say i like them BEST, because they are the only ones i have ever tried. i sometimes drive home wet from kayaking. i even keep my water pants and water booties on. no issues. mine fit tight as a drum, which suits my OCD perfectly fine.

my dog's hair is a bit of a bitch tho. i shop vac and the seat covers do this vibrating drum thing and the sound actually hurts my ears. hahah. hair comes out with a struggle. i have taken to using my wife's industrial strength dog hair removal roller (super sticky) and that cracked the code. it is easy now.

i have had them two years of hunting and fishing and no issues. oh, a fish hook is a bitch to take out of neoprene. they look okay to me. the initial smell, probably took a year off my lifespan. it was outgassing like a mofo.
