Bank 1 sensor 2 is bad on the Taco. It's the downstream and those seem to be a little cheaper but my local stealership still wants $155 for it. I usually try to go with OEM when I purchase sensors but this one seems a little steep for just an o2 sensor.
Does anyone have any luck with Denso, Delphi or NTK sensors?

Downstream isn't as critical as the upstream a/f sensor.

Denso or NTK are both great choices for Tacoma.

Just placed the order $65 to my door from Rockauto for the Denso. Thanks all, I appreciate the help saving a little cash.

Denzo all the way. Almost no car likes aftermarket O2 sensors.

Since yall are talking about sensors, would any of yall happen to know where the upstream air fuel sensor is located?

At the top of exhaust pipe after Ypipe and before the 1st catalytic converter.

Replaced these last year with Denso, purchased at Rockauto, for 1996 TACO. no problems with install, running well post-change. suggest you use the 02 removal tool, and spray sensors the evening before with PB rust blaster and sit overnight to soak in for easier removal in am before driving. install with some anti-seize for an easier time next time. https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffnt&q=Chris+fix+install+02+sensor&iax=videos&ia=videos&iai=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtngAVxJxkE good luck!
