    Hey Tacoma World,

Great community that is here, and thanks everyone for their help on removing the Rigid fog lights from my 2017 DCLB TRD OR. Turns out the Baja Designs lights I have are the Squadron XL-R Sports that are too wide to drop in for the fogs.

SO, I have two of the 4-inch diameter wide-cornering amber fog lights I'd still like to mount on my truck, but am trying to figure out the best alternative location. First is mounting them ditch style by the hood/A pillar, but I am concerned that the beam pattern will spill all over my hood (white paint) and reflect back into my face. Also, the lights are kind of big, so they might look a little to aggressive?

Second thought was mounting to a bull bar over the front grille, but that may block the 30" Rigid light bar thats installed under the grille.

3rd option is to put on a Prinsu-type Cab Rack and mount the lights old-school on the roof (but will kill MPG even more).

Last, I have a 20 inch Baja Designs Stealth Bar from a previous Subaru build laying around, and I'm thinking of tossing it on top of my shell for a powerful reverse and work flood light when out in the desert at night. I'm a photographer so it's sometimes helpful to have area lighting. Any of you done that?

Any suggestions from those of you who have installed lots of lights on their trucks?

Here's some pics of my rig so far for your ideas on mounting:

I voted sell 'em and get the smaller fog lights that fit OEM fogs since it would look cleaner and fit with your existing light bar, but think that or ditch mounts would be the best 2 alternatives.

If you put em on the roof rack, you would have to buy 2-5 more to make it look right in my mind.

Ditch lights gets my vote. I wouldn't go for the bull bar, not a fan of the look personally

    I did this:
    IMG_0582.jpg

I had it mounted so it can swivel so I can use it when I get to my camp late at night and need lighting on the sides, but if I need more lighting up front I just turn em forwardIMG_0581.jpg

    No reflection or glare.

I also have ditch lights on the front...

LED interior lights (woo!). Backflip Fibermax. Undercoat. Wet Okole covers.

This is exactly what I want to do! How did you run the wires for the side and rear lights?
