I know they're out there, but I can't seem to find KO2's in a 275/70/17 size with a black side wall. Can anyone point me in a direction?

Aren't they white lettering on one side and black on the other?

Yes and yes, thought they were a directional tire tho? And all websites seem to clarify that they have a raised white lettering sidewall.

Even if they were directional, which they aren't, you could STILL mount them blackwall side out. Simple. What would be the left front tire with the lettering showing would be the right front tire with the blackwall side out.

Think about this. If any tire manufacturer made a directional tire with white letters on 1 side only, they would have to make left side tires and right side tires.

Not trying to put down any brand as everybody has a specific preference.
But can I suggest you looking into some other brands? Yes the BFG is a good brand but they're really soft and the shoulders tend to wear out prematurely.
Personally I would recommend the Hankook ATM or General AT3. Much better tread compounding. The Nokian Hakka(howevertherestofitisspelled) is also a great tire as well as the Nitto TrailGrapler.
All brands that I have personally used and would buy over the BFG every single day of the week.
At least do some research before your purchase.
Feel free to DM me if you have any tire questions.

I had looked into the AT3 but didn't think it was quit aggressive enough for what I was looking for. Nitto's are definitely one Id like to have but man are they pricey, like a toyo

If you're looking for something more aggressive but at a good price, the Goodyear Duratrac is great tire. Won't be as quiet as a true all terrain, but I believe it to be the best of both worlds. I promise you that the BFG's are not considered aggressive at all in the tire world.
When I go buy my truck in June, I'm putting the Goodyear tires on mine. I've personally never ran them before, but I know lots of people who have them and insist they're the bees-knees, even though Goodyear is their employers direct competitor.
If you're looking for something aggressive but well priced, go Goodyear. Something quiet but will get me where I need to be while not being expensive, I would recommend going Hankook.
I'm not sure if it's important to you, but it is to me as a Canadian....both these tires have the Winter Service symbol on them. Not something you're going to find on many A/T or M/T tires.
