I recently installed mobtowns front recovery bar with the intention of having a winch in a cradle and being able to use it in both the front and rear

with that said I am getting ready to wire the front and rear with anderson quick connects, I was wondering if anybody has done this and if so where they have attached the anderson connections on the front and rear

any pictures and suggestions would be welcome

I installed a heavy duty (high amperage) marine bus bar off of the X2 deep cycle battery to run all of my accessories. One pair of 4 ga leads off of the bus bar has an SB 175 connector. I replaced the alligator clips on the winch with another SB 175 connector. The winch will only be attached to the battery when it is in use, so I didn't see any reason to add a switch. The connectors also have dust shields, so this will prevent a short at the connector.
To power the winch when it is in the rear hitch, I use a 4 ga, 25' set of jumper cables. I replaced the alligator clips with two SB 175 connectors, so it can connect to the bus bar and various accessories: winch, inverter, and a set of alligator clips. Because of these different applications, I decided not to mount the cables permanently to the truck. This gives me more flexibility on how and where I used the cable. In hindsight, the only thing I would have done differently is use 2 ga cables.

The bus bar is similar to this one:

Attached to the front stud is the circuit breaker that came with my superwinch.
The picture with the exposed cable was taken over two years ago when I was first setting it up. All of the wires were later protected with wire loom. But thanks for looking out for my safety!
