I've picked up this Toyota Tacoma 4x4 and was told to check the fuel cut off switch to see if it needs reset before getting a fuel pump. Need to know where to check to see if it needs reset and can't locate it. Truck has spark and will try to start with starting fuel but not delivering any fuel to the injectors at all

    Welcome to the forum.

It is always good to know year Engine and transmission

There is no fuel cut off switch.

If the engine is not cranking or running the fuel pump is not energized .

Check all the fuses with your Meter make sure the EFI and Circuit Opening Relay are working correct

there is a connector under the drivers seat the blue wire goes to the fuel pump .

    good luck.

The trucks don't have a "stock" fuel cut-off switch. They are often added as theft prevention. Since it's a new-to-you truck, you will have to do some searching around to see if a previous owner added one. As the others mentioned, these switches are usually spliced into the EFI/Circuit opening relay system.
