    always good to check,

And AFAIK the 1GR has a coil pack per plug, the coil is actual part of the assembly that attaches to the top of the sparkplug down in the cylinder head.

the picture above is of the 5VZ-FE

Yup just looked at the FSM.... one coil on plug pack per cylinder. (PM me if you want the full FSM and wiring diagrams)

The only way to know is to go ask a service tech at a stealer ship. I have looked and the info comes back as restricted. Otherwise rock lobster in the 626 909 thread may know.

May be responding with what you already know. Here goes:

    P0302 - Cyl #2 misfire

    P0352 - Ignition Coil B Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

Here's another layout that includes the Coil IDs and their location. As you can see - Cyl 2 lines up with Coil B. You can try changing the plug and turning off the code with your reader or scanner. If that fails next suspect will be coil, but since you are also pulling P0352(coil), I'd bet a buck you have a bad coil. I've experienced a number of combination codes on other Toyota engines like you are now(different cyls/coils) and it always ended up being the coil, especially when code P035x occurs - x = cyl #

    1GR-FE - 6 cyl engine

Here's the plug/coil layout - Numbers represent cyl number; letters represent coil pack ID:

    Passenger side

    Cyl 1(A) - front of engine - Cyl 3(C) - middle - Cyl 5(E) - rear of engine

    Drivers side

    Cyl 2(B) - front of engine - Cyl 4(D) - middle - Cyl 6(F) - rear of engine

That helps a lot thanks! I'm going to try switching coils like 1 and 2 to see if that changes anything, if not I'll go grab a coil

So I swapped coil #2 with #6 because it was easy to get too, reset the codes and drove it for about 10 mins at all different speeds, it is running great now

Exactly, I'm going to pick up a new coil and if it does happen I'll swap it out
