NEX Tire Center if you have Military ID or Firestone at 1528 Fort Shafter, Honolulu, HI 96817 call them, and they'll set you up with a noncommitted appointment pass at the guard house if you are a civilian.

Similar to others, I got mine (Falken Wildpeaks) from Amazon with prime shipping and got them installed locally. Sears has a deal with Amazon, as mentioned above.

I checked this out and it says that installation is ~$20/tire. Does this include dismount of old tires and TPMS swap as well?

My understanding is that it’s all inclusive. I bought my tires before the sears option was available. But I know my brother went through Amazon and had sears install them for whatever the price was at time of purchase. That included dismount, mount and balance, and disposal of his old tires.

Maybe someone else can confirm this too.

If you plan to buy tires separately, I believe Mod Industries charges $20 per tire. This should include swapping TPMS and mount/balancing. And I highly recommend for you to sell your current tires by yourself via Facebook market or CL to make a little money back, if possible.

I’m leaning towards the Amazon deal with the Sears installation because they’ll ship directly to them. But thanks for the recc on Mod Industries, I plan on mounting the stock tires back on stock rims and selling it.
