where do i buy rims for whole sale or cheap

im looking to lower my truck, first i want to buy rims and low profile tires, where do i do this... thanks i have deep dish rims in mind

 

I'm biased, but your best bet for name brand stuff at low prices is Discount Tire.

For cheapo stuff, you can always visit your local knock-off shop (the frequency of which increases the closer you get to the border).

For the record, the wheels in that pic are not inexpensive.

checkout your local import shops. you can probably use wheels made for G35s, 370Z, 300zx, as well as mustangs. you just have to find the proper offset to get the right look.
