I have been using a Blueant Supertooth 3, when my wife does not "borrow" it. Seems to work fairly well. I have had it for about 1 month and only charged it once. Available from Amazon for about $80. Jesse

If you don't want to change your radio, you can get any one of the Parrot systems. I'm deciding between the CK3000 and the CK3100. You'll need the Parrot and a harness. The best price I've found for a harness is here: Quick Connect Products

My father-in-law has a CK3000 in his Tundra and likes it very much. Both of the system above will cut into your radio and use the truck speakers for the call.

Another vote for the Blueant Supertooth if all you're looking for is an easy bluetooth option. I've had mine for about a month and am pretty happy with it. Got it for $75 shipped off eBay.

I have a Nav head unit but I also have the Parrot system and I love it. It's cuts off the radio when you make or receive a call, the the call comes through the trucks speakers. I believe it can connect to up to 5 phones.

I had a Blueant S4 for less than two weeks and hated it. I wouldn't waste the money on another one or recommend it to anyone. Just my $.02
