Wheelbase

Okay Im looking for a muffler/tailpipe assembly for my 2008 Tacoma TRD Offroad, SR5 V6. The toyota dealership says my wheelbase is 127.8, on the parts site it says 127 for the muffler and that it will fit.

I got it figured as a Base model with the help of some forum members, so now it's just this wheelbase question.

 

Is your truck a double cab long bed?

 

Since your truck is an access cab (AC) you're on a 127 wheelbase.

Thank you!! They don't make it easy when it comes to finding the correct parts, it's confusing with information that isn't very clear.

 

FYI on 2nd Gen Tacoma exhaust systems.

Access Cabs and Double Cab Short Beds have the same frame dimensions so their catback exhaust systems are interchangeable. 127.8 inch wheelbase.
Double Cab Long Beds have a longer frame so the catback exhaust will only fit them. 140.9 inch wheel base.
Toyota changed the design of the catback exhausts when they redesigned the 2012 Tacomas so be careful when you order an exhaust. 2005-2011 exhausts will not fit 2012-2015 models and vice versa.
