Is that just foam that you cut in the cup holder or did you buy that?

When you install it you will see it fits best one way. It’s asymmetric just like the OEM cupholder.

Can you take apart the controls and replace the lights with a different color?

my cluster needs a couple new leds as well...wondering if it would be possible to change over the other buttons to white instead of the ugly ass green color they currently are.

I should’ve taken photos when I did it

They are neowedge type bulbs. I didn’t measure size when I replaced. If I had to guess they are 4mm diameter bulbs. I just replaced mine with OEM bulbs but you should be able to replace with any color. Also when I bought the OEMs it took like a month for my Lexus dealer to get them. Stole this pic off Facebook (back of the board):

    A21D29A7-B84C-4EDD-9007-6AF1C7B9CA1E.jpg

8 bulbs total. What I typically do when replacing with LED, is carefully unbend the wires and take the LEDs out the shitty aftermarket neowedge housings, and stick them in the OEM housings and rebend wires into place. OEM housings lock into place way better.

What is everyone using for UCA's? I am torn between SPC's and Dobinsons/OME etc. I like the idea of the SPC's being adjustable, but not sure if it's needed. Curious what everyone else uses and how they like them.

How was adjusting them? Was it pretty straightforward? I like that they can be customized, but also like the simplicity of the others. If you had to buy again, would you go SPC?

I mean adjusting ain’t hard. Honestly I just got them close and got my alignment done. Didn’t have the uppers adjusted at that time.

Unless your alignment tech knows how to adjust the SPC uppers, there is really no point to getting them over a fixed upper ball joint control arm.

I've been meaning to take off the RTT so that I can fit in the garage for the upcoming lift. I ended up building a ghetto gantry this weekend. Had most of the lumber laying around and figured I'd give it a shot. Bought a hoist from HF and off I went...

    It looks so naked now...

Picked up a 2005 sport model then began to bring it into the 21st century with the tech first. (easy for me)

Nice GX! I've looked into the Phoenix Android systems a bit before. I have a Sport with ML/Navigation and hate the stock screen. How do you like it so far? Worth the $600-$700?
