There are some TW members that deal with wheels, tires and tail lights. Not sure the best place for a belt kit.
    Wheels - SCS
    Tires - Discount Tires Direct
Tail lights - some members do custom stuff, which are pretty cool.

My vote is for Lowrange Offroad and my local 4wheelparts is not to bad but heard they suck other places. Partsgeek for any maintenance parts that i dont want to get at Napa. Ebay for things like head and tail lights and LED bulbs.

Amazon is good for headlight, tailights, and a lot of other parts like your timing belt kit...tires Def discounttiredirect.com. Don't like ebay because PayPal is a theif.

aircabman on flea bay has great deals on genuine Toyota timing belt kits. Many here have bought them.

Lowrangeoffroad.com for low cost made in Japan replacement parts. eBay for lights (that's how much I care about that stuff though - others prefer to get more expensive oem replacements), and timing belt kit:

    http://m.ebay.com/itm/GENUINE-TOYOTA-OEM-3-4-LITER-5VZFE-V6-COMPLETE-17-pcs-TIMING-BELT-PUMP-KIT-/232004592026?fits=Model:Tacoma&hash=item36048d219a:g:mIMAAOSwsTxXj-7f&_trkparms=pageci%3Abed6941d-1550-11e7-aab1-74dbd180a912%7Cparentrq%3A1f81505d15b0aa64b10eac78ffff4ffc%7Ciid%3A4

Shop around though and be careful on eBay for this because there are counterfeit parts on there, so look for sellers like this with tons of sales and 100% or close feedback and read the negative feedback if there's less than 100%.

Partznet.com for oem stuff for less than a regular dealer cost. Make sure if you're replacing lower ball joints to only buy from a place like this. They've disassembled them here and even "oem equivalent" moog or 555 parts are not the same assembly as oem.
