To answer the question in the title, just list the container out, dump it, rinse it out with water, reinstall it, and run the pump for 15-20 seconds to clean it and the lines out. Then add a bit of cleaning solution to it and call it a day.

Most containers are held in place by a somewhat large tit on the container's bottom that goes through a rubber grommet on the fender well and a single bolt that secures it at the top.

My question is what did you put in it that you need to drain it?

While having them pointed to the sides of the truck and driving by your friends and calling them to the window.

Just get a small diameter hose and a turkey baster. Stick hose in tank, use turkey baster to suck on the bottom of the hose and walla!

Why do that when you can just pull the washer motor and let it drain out.
