Too bad the prices keep going up before they are even available for the long box, I would have bought some $20 ago.

Sorry but most of the extra cost is going into shipping due to the size and weight of these big guys.

So the price shown at $300 is shipped? That is still a really good price then. Can't wait for the long box to be ready.

The price is $300 plus shipping which is $60 to anywhere in the US or Canada.

Do we have any long box guys that are interested in getting a very good deal on a set in exchange for doing a test-fit? If so, contact me to discuss the details; blake(at)junglefenderflares.com (Replace "at" with "@" of course).

Will the fender flares fit a 2006 TRD Tacoma Access Cab?

These fender flares are a direct fit for the short box 2005+ Tacomas.

I believe that short boxes can only be found on the 4 door, but not all 4 doors had a short box. Can anyone clarify this for us?

So having the access cab, I assume that you have a long box (6ft). We are still waiting for a volunteer to test-fit these on a long box (and get a good deal on a set)...

I ordered a set for my 05 Double Cab about 11 days ago. should be here any day. I removed the old flares and spray linered the rocker panels and bottom 8" of the bumpers prepping for the new flares. I can't wait to see how they are going to sharpen up the look of the truck. I took before pics and will take installed pics to post.

I'm sorry but I worked with a shipping company.

To say the rise in cost has to do with shipping, than say that shipping is $60 extra is quite a misnomer. I' can ship much bigger and heavier parts for $60. Just saying....
$300 isn't a bad price at all for the product, but don't say the rise in cost is due to shipping, and then say the shipping is $60 extra. When actual cost is going to be half of that or less.

The "actual cost" of shipping is considerably more than $60. I just prefer to front-load the price instead of making it appear very cheap and then presenting the buyer with a large shipping price at the end. If you look at other items, I charge the same or similar shipping price for smaller/lighter items. Yes, it certainly does cost me more to produce and ship larger and heavier items and I front-load the additional costs in the product price. I don't see why this is a problem for you.

Please don't tell me what I can and cannot say, or what my costs are because you clearly don't know.

To everybody else, I apologize for the rant as I really do appreciate all the positive feedback and contributions to this thread and product.:)

These fender flares have already been mailed out to a Long Box test-fitter so I'll keep you posted with how that install goes once he receives them!

I received the flares yesterday, seem like a very good product. Once these are all dialed in and installation is figured out for proper fitment the $360 or whatever this product is going to be as a final cost is going to be worth it. Just from a quick check, the flares look factory with much greater coverage. The molds are nice and smooth and I look forward to getting them on the truck. I will make posts as I progress with the install, I am out of town for Labor Day so I will get on this ASAP.

And to anyone questioning shipping like I did, the box is not heavy, but VERY large. Seeing how as these flares are coming from the other side of the world, the shipping charges are not out of hand. If need be the product could be listed as $360 with free shipping to avoid conflit on the charges.....still cheaper and provide more coverage than bushwacker.

hodge, did you have to trim the front of yours any because you have a aftermarket bumper. not that it matters, b/c i have taken the saw saw to my truck alot, i was just wondering. the front of my cbi bumper sticks out on the sides, it is like a free floating bumper, so that when the truck flexes, it moves behind the bumper. when you put your flares on, how much gap did you allow for flex, b/w the flare and your bumper.

These don't come with holes predrilled do they? I had to drill the holes with a set of gen 1 flares and damn that really sucked...
