I've got a bad one. Maybe due to damage on tire replacement, we're checking on that Friday. Truck only has 7k and I had tires put on 5k ago. Dealer is being a dick about warranty when I was there. If I decide to just go and buy 4 brand new sensors, which ones are compatible with the '21. I bounced that off the tire shop today and they said around $360! That seems like total BS but I didn't push the issue. I sure see a lot on Amazon for hella cheap but they may not be compatible. Even a Denso through Toyota is $65/ea. There are Denso 315mhz for around $30/ea on Amazon. What frequency do our 3rd Gen trucks receive?

If I buy 4 new ones, I'll just put them on my brand new TRD Pro wheels and have them change over the tires from the OEM TRD OR wheels.

    Here you go: https://m.tirerack.com/tpms/detail....coma+4WD&autoYear=2021&autoModClar=Double+Cab

Pacific T6 315 MHz for the alloy wheels. I know this is correct for 2021/2022 but not certain if all 3rd gens use them for alloy wheels. I bought these specific ones from Tire Rack and my local Toyota dealer programmed them for me.

Edit to clarify these are the actual OEM sensors. I am not aware of Toyota being able or willing to program other sensors although they may be. In any case, I called my dealer before buying these to confirm they were willing to program sensors they didn't sell directly to me. Mine was willing, but who others may not be, so I'd recommend calling beforehand just to be safe if that's the plan.

So they're using 315mhz? I'm not so concerned about dealer programming as long as the tire shop can and I'm pretty certain they can. I was wondering what frequency the truck received so if I buy them, they'll communicate with the truck.

Double check you are not getting 2nd Gen 315mhz sensors as they do not work in the 3rd Gen.

Can scan/read your OE sensors for the ID numbers?

Good looking out; I know Tire Rack's website let's you spec them to your specific vehicle and maybe other sites do as well. I can at least vouch for the ones at the link I posted.

I'm gonna guess my tire shop (Big Brand Tire) can. They came out and scanned all the sensors and determined the rear right side was bad. The dealer had said the same but then somehow made it all work and never elaborated on the fix. It lasted 1 day. They did NOT break the tire down to my knowledge.

There are a lot of dual frequency units available that do 315-433mHz and recognize either. That Autel company is one of them. I'm seriously thinking I'll just buy the damned programmer for a couple hundred and have the ability to deal with this myself but again, it's all got to talk to the truck properly and that's where I'm lost.
