I’m looking to upgrade tires, give me some suggestions and what size tires besides the standard 265/70/R16 will fit the stock TRD-Off-road Rims. Edit:It is a third gen

265/75/16 is the biggest you can go without rubbing

Actually on a 3rd Gen it might be bigger, as 3rd Gens are an inch higher in front than a 2nd Gen. Not 100% sure but maybe.

cab mount gets in the way of a 33... I have 265/70/17 (similar to a 265/75/16), and mine rubs at lock on steep inclines. I had to remove the mud flap, just need some heat to push the inner fender liner/trim back and rub will be gone... this is with no lift...

image may look a bit off, I'm standing on a hill looking down at the truck... and passenger side is downhill (being compressed)

Wow I swear I saw a bunch of threads saying 33's fit on a 3rd Gen work no lift. So a 3rd Gen CM is bigger than the 2nd Gen CM

Without a lift they wont clear 33's... with a lift it'll kinda rub on CM even after clearancing the fender liner, and flattening the pinch weld areas..

    Rugged Off-road 2.25” and 1” blocks. 285/70r17 on TRD 4Runner SEMA wheels
33” works on 2.25” lift in my case with TRD SEMA wheels.

-10 offset typical 8.5” wide rims are just a bit too wide and cause rubbing.
