Any suggestions for a roof rack on a 2021 Tacoma 4x4 Sport? Was thinking going with Prinsu? But not sure. Let me know! Thanks

Lots of good options out there
I chose victory due to powder coat , support brackets. If you go this route the install is easy but do yourself a favor and replace the nutserts install bolt with a higher grade bolt. I promise you will appreciate it. Also use a step bit drill vs the supplied bit. Other than that i am very pleased with the quality of the victory rack and fulfillment time was only a couple of weeks from MI to OK.

Following. The UpTop looks like it generates a ton of drag with that wind plate, but I don't speak from experience.

Do you happen to have a martin on yours? I have looked at them, and knowing my KB rack and every 6 months I repaint it, I would like to know how the Martin holds up.
    Thanks!

I don't, sorry. I have a secondhand prinsu on mine. I believe @UntamedTaco has a martin on his truck for some time now and can chime in with it's durability.

I cant seem to get more than about 14 mpg highway no matter what I do.. doubt the rack is the main contributor :)

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Anything that you install on the roof of your truck or on a cap increases wind resistance, resulting in a hit on your fuel mileage.
May not matter while the fuel prices are low, but when they creep back up to $4/gallon it'll matter.
Had a rack on my '06's cap - took it off and my mileage increased about 2-3 MPG (long term average).
If you use the rack a lot and do a lot of off-pavement traveling then I doubt this matters to you.
But if it's your daily drive it will matter.

Damn. I thought I was struggling at 15 around town with just same weight wheels and tires.

I was just looking at it from a wind deflection standpoint, the UpTop looks like it doesn't do as good of a job as some others that are flush up against the roof and flips the air over the top. The other aspects of the rack I've seen from some install videos looks pretty cool, I'm just surprised the front is so different from the others I see out there. Unless I'm missing something.

Agree about looking at things long term. I don't expect to sip gas, but the more you spend on that the less you have to do other things.

I'd say Prinsu or a Martin rack. The low profile of those racks is what I like. Uptop was too bulky for my personal preference.
