What is this wire clip called? Please help

I tried googling and looking through Amazon and the forums but I can’t find an official name for this wire clip holder thing. Looking to replace the one my taco has on it now. I ruined it when I installed my tailgate lock. I removed it to give me a hair more leverage but ended up running the Christmas tree part of it and now it won’t be held in place.

You don’t need the original, there’s a lot of other types that will work also if you measure the hold and wire loom diameter.

 

I use zip ties whenever I can to replace busted clips.

Pro tip: It's often less damaging to open the clip with a pocket screwdriver than to the pry out the clip.
