Need a new 3rd member, the website I am looking at says this year should use a double drilled flange. The current flange only has 4 holes.

I'm guessing the double drilled means it has 8 holes? 2 different patterns?

    THANKS!

Double drilled for common Toyota flange patterns.
Usually 60x60mm and 66x66mm. So yes 8 holes 2 driveshaft mounting patterns.

I'm getting close to doing this job and I also plan to go with the double drilled flange. I understand there's two different mounting patterns but unclear whether it needs to be bolted back up a certain way, as there won't be any match marks on the new flange. I won't be removing the slipyoke from the splines, so does it matter in terms of balance how you bolt the driveline back up to the new flange? Be it that you can rotate the shaft and line up the 4 holes in a few different orientations....if that makes sense. Any feedback would be appreciated, I'm still pretty new with all this.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
You just need to get your drive shaft in phase then your good!
