Did some more outfitting to my Taco... Build a bed, 90cm wide. Gives enough space to sleep and I can take my bike. Made an additional 54cm wide one to add when my wife is joining. Added an electrical panel with a double USB charger and cigarette lighter, both powered by my house battery, as well as a volt indicator to see how much I ran the house battery down already. It indicates only when the pushbutton is pressed. The electrical wires can be disconnected at the plug connectors.
Also added a gear shift organizer.
Ran two wire sets from house battery to a double USB and a cigarette lighter at the driver side of the middle console. Need the cigarette lighter socket for the cooler to keep my doggies cool when we have to leave them in the car. Cooler is coming in these days, hope it does the trick...
Installed a 12V to USB connector and a OBD2 splitter for the heads-up display coming in in September.
Last, installed a wire harness to illuminate my switch for the dashcam.
Very last: took the bed cap off and tried to insulate the bed rails and ran a weather strip around the bed. Unfortunately, it still leaks...
    Its been a busy week....

This morning I installed my Factor 55 hook and RCI control box mount for my winch. Now I'm waiting for my parts from LambTek

Yes sir, this State almost tipped purple about 12 yrs ago, been solid since. They threw everything at us during the Zimmerman stand your ground issue, thankfully it remains. We've been invaded since covid, but state legislature is still solid. Never a dull moment.

Do you have a link ? Last year my wife had an outback wilderness w/ a camera, never thought I would need it! Man I miss that camera in the big hood Tacoma! I bumped a few boulders last week! That camera will pay for itself in repair savings!

edit; after reading the post again I think I can look it up without a link! Thanks for that info!

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
I've found the front camera to be an absolute game changer on the trails!

While installing the anytime locker yesterday, I noticed the cabin filter! This truck is a 2023 with 21k bought new last Nov. we drive lots of hwy miles. I wouldn’t have ever guessed that the filter would have been this dirty already!

Also the anytime locker is gonna be a blast, tore up my wet yard, now in 2wd high it will smoke the rear 265-75-16 KO2 with the break on (powerbreak engaged : ) and that’s with the heavy camper shell on!

It overrides the pc trac controls when engages.
Easy install and they have discounts available, well worth the $260
