Great job on taping it off! It looks so much better with the new paint. Let me know how it holds up. My grill emblem is derped and I have to repaint every few weeks. It's either a rock, bug or something rubs against it. The emblem must have 15 coats of derp by now

Installed Doug Thorley LT headers.... Never doing that again, what a major PITA.

About 12 hours total from jacking it up to rolling it out of the garage. Absolutely no room to work with as far as torquing header bolts down to the manifold. Some loss of low end torque, haven't hit their sweet spot in high RPMs yet as I'm still breaking in my 4.56 gears. Sounds deeper/throatier for sure.

I did that recently as well when I had the headliner out for the prinsu rack install. One layer of dynamat. Did all 4 doors as well (access cab). Makes a world of difference, especially with the radio sound quality. Doesn't do anything for road noise however since it all comes up throught the floor and back wall.

I did the doors a few years ago, did the back wall a few months back, did up the firewall as far as I could a few months ago. Now the roof. Eventually pull the carpet and do the 1/3 of the floor that's left. lol

Today I eliminated an obnoxious rattle I've had for a couple weeks. Sway bar end links were the culprit. I guess I forgot to torque them down after I did the ecgs bushing install.
