Adio helped me with mine. If you don't end up with the mating connector on the back of the temp/compass unit, you can find it at easternbeaver.com. It is a 10 position .040 connector. I also got the terminal ends from the same location...however, it is best to have the crimp tool to do it. Here was my shopping list:
Description: Female Connector 10P040-TS, $4.29 Item #: 10P040F Connects to the temp/compass and comes with 10 female pins.
Description: TS090 Female Terminal $0.12/EA: These fit the Toyota plug for the temperature sensor 90980-11070 and are a replacement for the 82998-12440 repair wires...but you have to crimp these on yourself. Note: once you insert these into the 90980-11070, it clicks into place and isn't coming out.
Description: 1 TSwp Seal, Item #: TSwp-S Unit price: $0.14 USD: You need 2 of these; they seal up the connector between the wire and the housing

For the autodimming mirror, I bought the mating connector from Toyota that plugs into the connector sitting up inside the head-liner.
    90980-12369 HOUSING CONNECTOR M $5.04
From Easternbeaver, I bought the terminal pins
Description: NH025 Male Terminal, Item #: NH025-MT Unit price: $0.07 USD

They are a safety concern in a crash. They can cause the body to come free of the frame in a wreck. Which will usually in all certainty mean severe (like permanent) injury or death.
If a crash is bad enough for the frame to come apart from the body then its usually bad enough to destroy a person.

Acuras had a history of this in the past. So I'd buy a body lift as soon as I'd buy an Acura.

i'm not disputing your input and i'm not an engineer, however, it appears to me that a small (up to 2 inches) body lift using grade 8 hardware would be excedingly hard to shear that number of mounting points especially with the preasure being spread across the surface of the spacers

What Acuras use body-on-frame construction? I'm only aware of their unibody cars.
