I've never seen the aftermarket ones in person, but these are not terribly bright. I wouldn't say they are as subtle as the factory ones either, but very tolerable when driving at night. Mine are the blue ones but I wish I had the white. I use the auto switches almost every day.

i'm actually surprised how much a pop up will push this truck around. Granted, with our gear in the camper, we're probably about 3400 lbs or so. But yeah, I really want to get this brake controller working.

You really don't want to change the oil cold. there's a good chance some amount of sediment has fallen out of suspension and settled in the bottom of the pan where it might or might not come out during the oil change.

If the filter is that much trouble to get off it was installed too tight, no other reason. Oil is typically changed when the engine is warm to hot.

Thank you for the response. Is the one you have in the truck a Toyota/Tundra OEM switch for the truck?

I'm not sure if it's true OEM but it's the one from Amazon for Tundras for $36.

Purchased new tinted windows, clamps for a softopper I purchased from @Supra4x4 . Washed it, freshened up the topper with 303. Came out good as new.

I can now confirm the parasitic draw is not just related to the GX470. After installing the auto switches my battery has gone flat twice and that's with my 100 watt solar panel and Renogy controller trying to keep the battery maintained. The lights on the switch don't stay illuminated when the truck is turned off so I have to assume it's still attempting to send voltage to the window motors and that's drawing down the battery.

I did the clutch line accumulator delete on the red truck. I like it so far. And so far so good, as far as being able to bang 2nd faster without grinding. I bought 2 fitting so I still have to do my black truck next

Possibly it’s grounded differently since the delay timer is computer regulated. See if the windows function long after the engine is shut off. Normally you only have a handful of seconds. Door locks are necessarily always hot but that shouldn’t be the case for the windows.

Thank you. Probably going to get this. I had auto-down (and up) switches on a few previous cars and miss the feature, especially in the summer.
