Manual trans has no temp sensor. So, no.

Also much less risk of overheating heavy weight gear lube vs much thinner ATF.

    Mucho respect @crashnburn80

I went from the old Spyder projector Headlights with an HID Retrofit, to the AlphaRex and I can tell you, from driving around town, that it is like night and day. From a practical standpoint, these light are very bright/clear and a definite upgrade to stock and other off-the-shelf options. Not to mention the quality. In my opinion, these are the first aftermarket headlights that are as good, if not better, than OEM.

Now I have not retrofitted my OEM lights with Morimoto projectors but I found some videos that compare Morimoto to AlphaRex and there respective technologies. Please compare for your self but it's pretty clear to me, that I made the right choice.

    Purchased it!

2013 TRD OR DC SB. Pretty clean... was traded for a new Tacoma and my buddy at the dealership gave me a heads up. Excited to start a build and have the good ole 4.0 again.

Already ordered TRD pro style headlights and grille insert... now to color match the surround and take it wheelin.

I tried all kinds of made up pieces and finally went and bought the Harbor Freight Master Ball Joint kit ($60 with coupon). Used several of the pieces doing my BJ's and bushings. Edit: The kit had exactly what was needed for the lower BJ removal.

    Well worth it.

I was officially offered a deal on some tires, the timing couldn't be worse, but I'm going to have to buy these. It's too good of a deal to pass up. I'll have to do more cutting on the truck. My BFG KO 37's are probably 1 1/2" shorter than the Goodyears. Anyone have any feedback after owning this model of Goodyear tires?

Some of these comparisons are what I was referring to. Some do seem like the AlphaRex are much brighter, look at the screenshot below from the video of AlphaRex left vs Morimoto right. The AlphaRex product looks much brighter, but the light intensity is completely in the wrong place, foreground light should be limited with a smooth transition to highest peak intensity at the top of the pattern cut off. AlphaRex has it completely backward, ridiculous amounts of foreground light which will harm distance vision and reduce distance projection, which is the entire point of the headlight. It will look impressive from the drive seat for sure, as people intrinsically favor foreground light, but that isn't how it is supposed to work. The pictures clearly show Morimoto as the better engineered pattern. And this is why lighting can be so confusing, brighter isn't better unless it is brighter in the right place. This picture shows AlphaRex has it in the wrong place, which actually makes the headlight significantly worse even though it is brighter, and even though it will have a positive initial impression and look great in photos.

Good info to consider, for anyone in the market. Thanks for the insight.

I have this one for my locker and love it. It is a tad slow to air up 315s, but does the job just fine.

Did you pull that by yourself? If so how bad is it? The rear seems pretty straightforward and doable, just not sure about the front.
